PRESENTACIÓN
Executive function is a set of mental skills that we use every day to learn, work, and manage daily life. Executive functions are the management system of the brain. The skills involved help us set goals, plan, and get things done. When people struggle with executive function, it impacts them at home, in school, and in life. A few main areas of executive function are: attention, self-regulation, task initiation, emotional control, and organization. There are 11 areas in total.
